Can I bring more than 6 guests on board?
Unfortunately, no. According to Coast Guard regulations, the boat cannot leave the dock with more than 6 passengers on board. This limit is strictly enforced for safety and compliance purposes.
Is my toddler/infant included in my total guest count?
Yes, all guests on board, regardless of age, are counted as a person. This includes infants and toddlers, as per Coast Guard regulations.
Can I bring food or alcohol on board?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and beverages, including alcohol, to enjoy during your trip. For your convenience, we also provide a recommended food guide to help you plan your refreshments. Please ensure all items are securely packed to prevent spills or damage during the journey.
What happens in the case of bad weather?
The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority. In the event of bad weather, it is up to the captain’s discretion to decide whether the tour will proceed. If the captain cancels the trip due to weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund. We will do our best to reschedule. I missed my scheduled trip time. Do I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Cancellations or no-shows for reasons other than weather, as determined by the captain, are non-refundable. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to avoid any issues.

Yes, the tip is included in your booking fee. This amount goes directly to the crew.
Can I add extra time to my booking?
Yes, you can extend your time on board! You may add an additional 30 minutes or an extra hour to your booking. Please contact us in advance to arrange for additional time, and note that extra charges will apply.
Can Nantucket Tug pick me up at my private residence or a different dock?
Yes, we can arrange for a special pick-up or drop-off location, depending on where the dock is located. Please contact us beforehand to discuss the details and confirm availability. Additional fees may apply for custom pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
